A sacred space is any place intentionally set aside for connection ~ with the Divine, your ancestors, your guides, nature, or your inner self.

It doesn't need to be elaborate.

A sacred space can be:

• A small table beside your bed.

• A windowsill holding a candle and a favorite crystal.

• A travel altar tucked into a wooden box.

• A chair where you sit each morning for meditation.

• A journal. Even a small 3 x 5 memo book would work.

Living in a motorhome has taught us something profound: sacred space does not require permanence.

One day our altar may overlook a forest. Another day it may face a lake, a desert, or a quiet roadside campground. Sometimes we end up at a less secluded spot like a truck stop, rest area, or other places where it's a bit less private.

The location changes.

The connection remains.

Every sunrise becomes an opportunity for gratitude. Every campsite becomes a temporary temple. Every new place offers a chance to reconnect with the wonder and magick that surrounds us.
